Shipping Policy

Kitchen Window is committed to having the best customer support available in the industry. We hope that you enjoy your shopping experience with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange the merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date*. Kitchen Window does not refund the initial shipping charge or pay for the shipping on returns or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. If your order is placed after 12 pm Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. You will receive an email with shipping information once your order has shipped.

Note: Occasionally, shipping charges may need to be adjusted for distance, weight, oversized or special handling. You will be notified by e-mail if a change is required and we will wait for your confirmation before proceeding with shipping.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be dynamically calculated from the chosen carriers’ current shipping table.

Grill Shipments

Grill orders are excluded from free shipping. Grill shipments are available in the continental US by quote. Once shipped, items typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days. A physical street address is required for all grill sales. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarding addresses, or internationally. Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items
Although we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock or expecting a back-order on an item that you’ve ordered, you will be contacted by our customer service department with an expected ship date. If the wait for the item is longer than you desire, you may cancel the order.

Shipping Methods
Kitchen Window uses priority USPS and standard UPS ground shipping for most orders. Kitchen Window also offers the option of in-store pick-up. In-store pick up items will be available the next day.
Kitchen Window ships to recipients in the United States only. Orders to APO/FPO locations will incur an additional handling charge of $20.00. We do not ship to PO Boxes or international destinations; however, purchases can be made from any country.

Shipping  Restrictions
Due to shipping restrictions there are certain items that are only available for in-store pick-up. Some of these items include CO2 carbonators, C02 cartridges, N02 cartridges and butane.

Any order reshipped due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information will have the original freight charge added to the amount due.
