Return Policy

Merchandise Return Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returns require a copy of the order to be returned with your shipment. All refunds will be made by original method of payment. Returned merchandise must be in NEW condition with original packaging and instructions. In-store returns require a receipt and a valid photo ID.

Any refunds due should appear on your bank statement within 4-6 business days (please note that refund times are dictated by the payment provider and are outside our control).

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

Cooking School Return Policy
All cooking classes are NON-REFUNDABLE, much like a sporting event or theater ticket. Be sure to mark the dates on your calendar. If you are unable to attend a class, you may send someone in your place or contact us to see if we have a waiting list. If we have a waiting list, we will TRY to sell your space for you. We do NOT guarantee that we will be able to sell your space. Please be aware, if the space is sold, you will receive a store credit good towards the purchase of future classes.

All claims and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of received shipment. All packaging materials must be saved. Please call Kitchen Window at 612-824-4417 (extension 103) or toll free at 1-888-824-4417 (extension 403) to report your claim.

Items Not Returnable
All special order merchandise and grills are a final sale and are not returnable. Any used product is not returnable, unless it is defective. Gift Cards and cooking classes are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Defective Policy
Kitchen Window stands behind its products and equipment. Should you receive defective merchandise, please contact the manufacturer to file a warranty claim. If you have further questions or need access to your original receipt, contact 612-824-4417 or toll free at 1-888-824-4417.

Damaged Merchandise
If you receive damaged merchandise please keep all packing materials together and place the merchandise inside the original shipping box.  If the merchandise was damaged in shipping, please call our customer service department at 1-888-824-4417 (extension 403); a claim will be filed with UPS, and the product/equipment will be replaced. For all other damages, please contact customer service to obtain a return authorization number.

Online Return Procedure
Online purchases can be returned in-store or shipped back to Kitchen Window.
All returns shipped back to Kitchen Window must have a return authorization number (ra#) and include a copy of your receipt or packing list.

Without prior authorization, your return will not be accepted.
Kitchen Window wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When your package is received, please examine and report any damage immediately. We strive not to ship defective merchandise, but in the event it happens, please contact us and we will gladly examine the item and make the proper corrections. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt with the proper paperwork included and filled out.

All sales are final after 30 days from purchase.
Items must be in their original unused, unwashed condition with the manufacturer tag still intact.
Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. Orders shipped with free shipping will have the standard shipping charges subtracted from the purchase credit. Orders submitted with promotions will have the value (%) of the promotion subtracted from the purchase credit. If your item came with a gift with purchase (GWP) the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund.
A gifted Kitchen Window item shipped to you by another individual may be returned if in new and unused condition for store credit or a refund back to the original payment method.
Please ship the item, along with a copy of the receipt or packing slip and the return authorization number, by a method that is insured and traceable, to the following address:

Items that are not in new and unused condition or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
