Tonight’s participation class features the famous flavors and amazing wines of Italy’s central region of Tuscany. You’ll start off with PECORINO ARANCINI WITH RED PEPPER RICOTTA. Following that, you will make TUSCAN CHICKEN WITH BRAISED GREENS, CANNELLINI AND TRUFFLED CHANTERELLE MUSHROOMS. For our feature course you will prepare HAND CUT HERB PAPPARDELLE PASTA WITH BRAISED BEEF SUGO. We will finish the evening with a traditional RICE CUSTARD TORTE WITH AMARETTO APPLE TOPPING.
