Awaken your senses and celebrate the flavors of Thailand. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare some of our favorite Thai recipes and we will walk you through the specialty ingredients, tips and techniques essential to their preparation. Tonight’s class will feature… CREAM CHEESE WONTONS—Thai wonton wrappers filled with cream cheese served with sweet and sour sauce; TOM YUM SOUP—hot and sour soup with shrimp, mushrooms, green onions, lemon grass, cilantro and kaffir lime leaves; MASAMAN CURRY CHICKEN—chicken, potatoes, onions, peanuts simmered in Masaman curry coconut milk; and THAI NOODLE SALAD WITH BASIL CHICKEN AND PEANUT LIME DRESSING.
