Ras el Hanout has long been featured in North African cooking and each spice merchant creates his own unique blend. We have included the three most expensive spices: saffron, vanilla, and cardamom. Use the blend on lamb, chicken, or pork. One traditional recipe uses it in meatballs with a fruit sauce. This blend is salt-free.
