Come celebrate the bounty of the apple harvest by joining us on our patio, as we lead you through the preparation of an amazing menu using the finest apples local orchards have to offer. The menu for this hands-on class includes: APPLE LATKES with SMOKED PORK SHOULDER and CHIVE CRÉME FRAÎCHE; APPLE AND PROSCIUTTO FLATBREAD—grilled and topped with CARAMELIZED ONION and FONTINA; STUFFED APPLES with CHICKEN, GINGER, WHITE CHEDDAR and SCALLION; CIDER-BRINED PORK SLIDER with APPLE ROSEMARY SLAW; and Himalayan salt slab seared BACON WRAPPED SCALLOP with APPLE RELISH. We’ll round out our ode to the apple with a beautiful SMOKED BOURBON CARAMEL APPLE.
A special selection of hard cider will be sold separately at class.
