Tonight’s participation class, will introduce you to a few of the incredible wines of Oregon’s wine growing region, and teach you how to make four dishes that pair perfectly alongside them. You’ll start off with a creamy NORTHWEST-STYLE SHRIMP CHOWDER. Following that you will make BUCCATINI PUTANESCA WITH GRILLED SWORDFISH. The evening’s main course will feature a HALF-ROASTED HEN WITH APPLES, HONEY AND ROSEMARY. Finally, you’ll end the evening with BROWN BUTTER POUND CAKE WITH HONEYED GOAT CHEESE AND BLACKBERRY-BASIL COMPOTE.
