In tonight’s party-style class we will create five amazing small plates: KREATOPIA—pastry pocket with smoked chicken, oregano, feta and topped with SKORDALIA—lemon yoghurt sauce; GRIDDLED HALOUMI—pan-seared goat cheese topped with fennel, honey, roasted grapes and pistachios; SOUVLAKI—grilled lamb marinated with garlic, lemon and oregano, wrapped in a WARM PITA with slow-roasted tomatoes and TZATZIKI SAUCE; a Greek classic, DOLMATHES— grape leaves stuffed with ground chicken, rice, pine nuts and currants, served with a LEMON AND DILL DIPPING SAUCE; and SHRIMP SAGANAKI—grilled shrimp finished with a sauce of tomato, kalamata olives, garlic and feta with GRILLED BREAD.
