Microbrewed in small batches, Bluegrass Aged Soy Sauce uses only non-GMO soybeans grown in Kentucky. Using re-purposed bourbon barrels, the folks at Bluegrass ferment and age their soybeans to perfection. The result is a smoky, brothy sauce with hints of oak and bourbon sweetness.
