He will show how using a stainless-steel pan the correct way produces amazing results in creating a crispy flavorful exterior and a soft juicy interior. Bobby will explain the resting process and how to bring the steak back up to temperature if it rests for too long. All this without sacrificing taste, tenderness and texture.
