Nothing gets more fundamental than grilling a great steak over charcoal. This seminar is focused on the techniques and tips for creating a perfect kamado-grilled steak every time. We will grill up our steaks using two different techniques, letting these styles battle it out when you taste and decide for yourself which technique reigns supreme. Along the way you will learn how to manage a kamado to get the best temperature for searing and how to tell when the steak is ready to come off the grill and rest.
